Reservations

Reservations should be confirmed in writing (email is sufficient). Your price is guaranteed once we receive the deposit stated below.

Payments

Deposit: 25% of the total tour cost is due after we confirm services. Balance: The remaining 75% is due on arrival in Oman (card or cash) or before arrival if you prefer. Payment methods: Visa and Mastercard via our secure online gateway, or bank transfer. (American Express and PayPal are not accepted.)

Cancellations (by the client) — FAQ Policy

21+ days before arrival: Full refund of any payments received (minus any irrecoverable supplier charges, if applicable). 20–8 days before arrival: Cancellation fee 25–50% of the total trip value (exact amount depends on proximity to start date and any non-refundable supplier charges already incurred). 7 days or less before arrival: 50%–100% of the total trip value may be non-refundable due to committed services and supplier terms. We always aim to minimise fees and refund anything suppliers release back to us. Supplier exceptions: Certain hotels, airlines, or special experiences can impose stricter or fully non-refundable terms (especially peak dates/holidays). Any such terms will apply in addition to the schedule above and will be communicated when relevant.

Changes & Postponements (by the client)

We’re flexible and will accommodate reasonable changes where possible. Any price difference or third-party change fee is payable by the client. If you postpone, we’ll roll your deposit to new dates (subject to availability, seasonal price changes, and supplier rules).

Changes or Cancellations (by us)

If an advertised service becomes unavailable, we may substitute a service of equal or higher standard. If a significant change is necessary and you do not accept the alternative, you may receive a refund limited to amounts we can recover from suppliers.

Inclusions & Exclusions

Your proposal/invoice specifies exactly what’s included (transport, guiding, accommodation, meals, tickets, etc.). Unless stated otherwise, exclusions typically include international flights, visas, travel insurance, personal expenses, tips, and any items not expressly listed as included.

Pricing

Prices are quoted in US$ (or as stated) and are subject to change until the deposit is received. After confirmation, prices may still vary if you request changes or if taxes/fees imposed by third parties change; we will notify you promptly.

Travel Documents, Visas & Health

You are responsible for having a valid passport, visas, vaccinations, and meeting entry requirements. We provide guidance, but final responsibility rests with each traveller.

Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance (medical expenses, evacuation, trip cancellation/interruption, baggage) is strongly recommended. Some activities (e.g., diving) may require specific cover.

Responsibility & Liability

We act with due care in selecting suppliers. Many services are provided by independent contractors (hotels, airlines, transport, boats, etc.). We are not liable for loss, injury, damage, delay, or expense resulting from acts/omissions of suppliers; government actions; weather; road or flight conditions; closures; strikes; epidemics; or other force majeure events beyond our control. Participation in activities (e.g., off-road driving, hiking, boating, snorkelling/diving) is at your own risk; follow all safety instructions and local regulations.

Conduct & Safety

You agree to follow local laws and reasonable instructions from guides/suppliers. We may decline or remove any traveller whose behaviour poses a risk or materially impairs others’ enjoyment; resulting costs are the traveller’s responsibility.

Special Requests & Disabilities

Please share any special requests or mobility considerations at booking. We and our suppliers will do our best but cannot guarantee fulfilment of non-bookable requests.

Accuracy of Documents

Please review all confirmations on receipt and report any discrepancy immediately so we can correct it.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payer using the original method where possible. Bank processing times vary.

Complaints

Raise any issue during the trip with your guide or our operations team so we can resolve it promptly. If still unresolved, email a written complaint within 14 days of trip end; we will investigate and respond.

Privacy

We process personal data to deliver your trip and share it with suppliers as necessary. See our Privacy Policy at /privacy.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Courts of Oman have exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer law states otherwise.
