Day 3
Nizwa to the plateau
Explore the souq and fort with hands-on stops for pottery, dates and rosewater. Drive to Jabal Akhdar for pool time and a short, flat village walk to run off energy before dinner.

Day 4
Down to the desert
Spend a relaxed morning on the mountain, then stop for a hosted lunch near Ibra on the way to the dunes. Try a gentle camel ride and simple stargazing after dark.

Day 5
Sur and a natural beach
Roll out of the dunes to Sur for a peek at the dhow yard. Continue to a calm cove near Fins for a supervised swim and picnic. Return to Muscat with time to rest before dinner.

Day 6
Wadi day
Choose the easy sections of Wadi Shab with a sheltered swim, or Wadi Tiwi if you prefer less walking. Build in a nap or pool hour later on.

Islands or relax
For confident swimmers, the Daymaniyat Islands offer bright fish and clear water on a guided snorkel. Alternatively, opt for the aquarium and a soft beach afternoon.

Meet and assist on arrival and transfer privately to your hotel. Unpack at an easy pace, then, if you wish, wander the Mutrah seafront as lanterns light the harbour. A simple seafood table can be reserved close by.
