Muscat to the mountains through Nizwa
Visit the mosque and a compact museum circuit with your guide, then enjoy lunch in Old Muscat. Stretch your legs on the falaj path at Birkat Al Mouz, passing palms and mud-brick houses, before driving the switchbacks to Nizwa for overnight.

Day 3
Nizwa Souq to Jabal Al Akhdar
Early morning, visit to Nizwa Old souq and Castle, then drive up to Al Jabal Al Akhdar for check in. The afternoon is yours for spa time, reading or a long tea with a view.

Day 4
Terrace paths and orchard views, back to Muscat
Villages’ hike in Jabal Al Akhdar then head back to Muscat visiting en route Misfat Al Abriyeen, or Wadi Arbaeen for a wilder gorge with clear, shaded water. Enjoy an unhurried lunch near the water, then return to Muscat before evening.

Muscat arrival

Meet and assist on arrival and transfer privately to your hotel. Unpack at an easy pace, then, if you wish, wander the Mutrah seafront as lanterns light the harbour. A simple seafood table can be reserved close by.
